Protein Banana Bread


Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 2 scoops of protein of choice ( I like Ghost brand Cinnabon flavor for this)
  • 1/2 cup 0 fat Greek yogurt ( I like Oikos Triple Zero, Vanilla)
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1-2 tsp vanilla 
  • Large pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp Baking powder


Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk together. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper, or spray with non-stick spray (or both). Pour batter into your loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.


You can add whatever you like to this bread, chocolate chips, nuts, cinnamon, etc. I also like to sprinkle a little bit of sea salt onto my bread to pull out the sweetness.


Below you'll find the nutritional info for the whole loaf, so you 'll need to adjust based on how many slices you cut it into. Also, keep in mind this does not include anything you add like chocolate chips.
